"English" exchange student party

Clip from Sailor Moon S (season 3). The Sailor Senshi and Mamoru go to a party for "English" exchange students. Everybody speaks fantastic Japanese, although the English being spoken is most definitely not being said by native speakers.

The average height for a Japanese woman is between 5ft and 5ft 2in.

Not sure about the men. But I'd fit in with the Japanese just fine. The only difference is my eyes. They give off the "American/European" look.
