Awesome review. I have never played Rondo of Blood before because as you pointed out, it was never released in the US. But judging by what you've described, it's awesome. I have played Castlevania 4 and Dracula X for the SNES. They're both classics. Dracula X could have been a little better, but it's still a pretty fun game.

"gnyah nyah nyuhh" Also: Symphony of the night, Aria of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin, the PS2 Castlevanias, all use an anime art style. The only ones that don't use an anime art style are Castlevania 1-4, the N64 ones and Order of Ecclesia
