what do you think of synephrine? have you ever tried that? i was wondering if that worked to increase energy like caffeine or ephedrine??

@aka2010ism There is no stimulation from synephrine most of the time. There are many brands and some feel different. Its claim to fame was that it could still enhance thermogenics without the stimulation. It is a very far and distant cousin results and effectiveness wise when compared to ephedrine. Doesn't come close. But if that's all you have it's better than nothing and still has some descent research to back it up.
