The elaborate costumes in "Jubilee!," the classic showgirl extravaganza at Bally's Vegas, were built to last. After 30 years, some of the costumes are being retired. Costumer designer Pete Menefee, one of the designers of the original "Jubilee!," was on-hand for a fitting in honor of its 30th anniversary.
