@NiggeliNG hehe if you have seen the restaurant you would know that they are rich as hell.
-
@Iwiehavo and you earn so much money by running a restaurant...
everyone with a job is wealthy in your opinion. i agree with djokovic though.
but he is just one out of thousands.
-
@NiggeliNG Eh depends on your definition of wealthy cause verdasco's parents own a restaurant and djokovics parents own a ski resort and a atp 250 tennis tournament.
-
This court seems fucking slow
-
@FedorEight what are you talking about? wawrinka's father has absolutely nothing to do with any chocolate.
actually only gulbis comes from a wealthy family.
you have no clue about tennis, mate.
tennis is the king of sports
-
@petepete28 no, its not intentional, its just that nadal's topspin disables the opponent from hitting the ball too hard because its easy to overhit, especially on the backhand, where wawrinka NEEDS to make sure that the ball drops quickly
-
Apparently, Wawrinka's father is the founder of "Milka" chocolate.
Nadal comes from a wealthy family too. Ditto Agassi, Rios, Ancic, Gulbis, Murray, and a plethora of others.
Finally we have an explanation for why men's tennis stinks so much: only a select few have the cash to finance their kids' careers. Who knows how many poorer talents failed for lack of $.
Hence tennis will never have the necessary level of competition to be taken seriously. It's basically rich kids vs. other rich kids.

Wawrinka's backhand is beast.
-
Nadal has lethal weapons, forehands, backhands, with lots of top spins and power.
With short balls, nadal has to whip the ball high, or playing a little slice, creating great chances for Wawrinka himself.
wawrinka's shots seem to be very short though... intentional?

Yeah, Wawrinka's serve looks pretty regular. There's nothing strange or awkward about it.
