Rubber soles won't protect you... Much like the tires on your car don't protect you from lightning.
And 12VDC is enough to KILL a person.
I do agree with part of your last statement... I will not advise anyone to try this PERIOD!
There are much safer ways to check for heating of the connection and you should never work with a live circuit without proper PPE (personal protective equipment) ie Rubber and/or Leather gloves.

There is only 20 volt DC on the terminal , so it is safe to touch. The current flows through the cables and the electrolyte
I only touch the terminal ,nothing else and I have rubber soles on my feet
I will not advise anyone to try this if they dont know what they are doing

lol, thinking the same thing.

I realy would like to know where you got the tank from? And is that a ark welder you are using for your power supply?
I realy like your system. Was working on one 9 months ago but had to stop. As soon as my shead is ready I am going to make me a HHO welder. Got to try welding with it.
Great Videos keep up the Great work.

I love how you are feeling around the terminals when a 100 amp is pumping through it.
Be careful :)
Also, when do we get to see this baby with a jet coming out of it!
hat is the concentration of electrolyte you had here? tks

It is about 20 Volt DC from a RYOBI inverter welder adjustable from 0 to 100 Amp
