The Leafs need this to occur: a. A Russian Billionaire who wants to be a star in North Americ buys a significant portion of the team that includes controlling interest and instills a winning culture into the club (a la Prokhorov with the Nets, Abramovich with Chelsea FC) or b. Replace the board of MLSE with a President whose elected every 4 years; the President will choose his/her own advisors (cabinet) but will have complete control of MLSE; it's done in Europe with Soccer (see FC Barcelona).

PJ is unable to adapt to the conversation as it evolves. I guess 6parts7 wasn't the only one to think that PJ had little to offer in the Hotstove. CBC took him off of this forum the next week. He now works with Maclean during the pre-game and has some interesting content to offer.
