Playthrough / Walkthrough Part 1:
This is a classic game from my past. I played it who knows how many times (at least more than 7 times) many years ago on my NES. Now I relieve the nostalgia in a single night of playing through the entire game. Here I start a new game and select Magnet Mans level (stage).

MAGNET MAN
Magnet Man has quite a magnetic personality. Not only are his missiles magnetic, but he is also capable of putting up a magnetic force field which draws enemies in and damages them upon contact. The Spark Shock will do him in with seven hits, though it is sometimes easier to use Shadow Shuriken or even Magnet Missiles, if you have them.

Mega Man 3 (ロックマン3 Dr.ワイリーの最期!?, Rokkuman Surī Dokutā Wairī no Saigo!??, lit. Rockman 3: The End of Dr. Wily!?) is a platform video game developed and published by Capcom for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the third part of the original Mega Man series. The game was released on September 28, 1990 in Japan with North American and European releases later in 1990 and 1992, respectively. In Mega Man 3, the hero helps his creator and a former villain collect parts for a peace-keeping robot by defeating several Robot Masters. Following the success of Mega Man 2, the game has sold over one million copies since its release and has become a fan favorite. Like other titles in the series, Mega Man 3 has been re-released a number of times as part of various Mega Man compilations, and has most recently made its way to the Nintendo Wii's Virtual Console.

Story: In the year 200X Dr. Wily claims to have reformed and works with Dr. Light on a project to build a peace-keeping robot named "Gamma." However, the eight Robot Masters that the two scientists had designed in order to help maintain peace go berserk and make off with the eight power crystals. Once again, Mega Man is called into action, this time with a trusty canine companion named Rush, to go after them and retrieve the crystals located on various mining planets in space.

  • Playing in Normal difficulty? There was an option?

Your game really picked up once you remembered the slide. Very exciting.

  • @GeminiLaser In anniversary collection, their are two modes of difficulty. Easy, and Normal. Normal is how the games are supposed to be like the NES counterparts or original games. For Mega Man 2, Normal = Difficult mode.

  • I'd watch this...but it doesn't want to load. Youtube Failure.

  • No problem, usually when a video fails to load on youtube, I reload the page after clearing the internet browsers cache under 'Tools' more options / clear private data.

  • i love mega man!! <3

  • I'm kinda surprised in multiple ways, first, your a girl and girls tend to not be into Video games. Second you commented on my video and I noticed you have 708 subscriptions.

But yes, I fully agree with your statement, Mega Man is the awesome sauce!

  • edit: It's been years and years since I played this, so I don't remember, but sliding may be neccesary to evade the sub boss Protoman's jumps.

  • the dude in this video has more trouble with Protoman than I did. remember with Protoman: on level ground, Protoman only shoots in midair, so DON'T JUMP. On level ground, unless he's jumping into a wall, he jumps the same height & distance in the same arc. Memorize that arc, by watching, predict exactly where he lands. Stand in between the spots where he lands between jumps,& he'll jump right over and past you. Thus a flawless victory is easy.

  • @AelitaSinger me too :)

  • I forgot how many hints this game gives you xD

  • Love the Complete works songs...

  • Indeed I do!

  • @GeminiLaser ardon for asking, but dont you do walkthroughs too?

  • That Magnet Man remix at the end should've been in Complete Works

  • I'm currently playing through Anniversary Collection one game at a time (and recording), and I must say the reversed controls are pretty awkward. Often times I've ended up shooting when I meant to jump (and vice versa), and bringing up AC's game menu when I meant to open the inventory screen.

  • Oh oh oh. I only remember there being a setting to give you more or fewer lives, but not a difficulty setting. Obviously I haven't spent a lot of time with the MMAC.
