Very nice arrangement. My husband and i did a new arrangement also.
search "I cover the waterfront by Tomi". Again, this is truly heartfelt.

I heard Osian at the Porthcawl Jazz Course in the early 90s. He had a hot sound. His cousin is Ceiri Torjussen the LA based film score writer.

I'm not an expert on this kind of music, but it sounds very creative and meaningful :)

I have known Osian since he was a teenager and have played with him several times (although not for a few years now). He is a great, great player and seriously undervalued in the UK.

Haha! He shouldn't though - it was awesome, and he got to act with Sian Phillips. The Snow Spider is cult viewing now - people scramble after VHS copies of it on ebay and everything.
Funny I should stumble on this clip now. I saw a TV show on S4c recently called "Breuddwyd Sax Osian Roberts", and I thought, I know that guy from somewhere...
He hasn't changed that much since "The Chestnut Soldier" really - he looks young!
... He's gonna hate this post if he reads it, isn't he. lol!

Yup.... but don't tell him I told you because he HATES it.

Is this the same Osian Roberts who was on TV in the early nineties - in the HTV adaptations of Jenny Nimmo's Snow Spider Trilogy?
