NEVER go by the sticker on ur door unless u have the exact same stock tires the car was sold with! For example on my truck the stock tires were 80 PSI but i put bigger monster truck tires on it and those were rated at 45. The best thing to do is consult the tire store and they can give u good range of psi for the tire,car weight,condition etc

Mud and snow tires/all season/all terrain tires are the worst tires to use in winter. You should have WINTER TIRES for winter driving. It should have the mountain peak and snowflake symbol as it means it's rated for winter driving. Those tires you have will be acceptable for spring, summer and fall, not for winter driving.
