95 Eclipse GS 8000K HIDs

35Watt 8000K HID kit from SharpHID. Looks more blue on film than it actually is. Its really a white with hints of blue and purple.

In a word.....No. They are not DOT approved for use in Reflector housing headlights, or in cars that dont come stock with HIDs. Doing a Projector retrofit will help you with light output, cut off, and problems with the beam in other drivers eyes.

Basically, you run the risk of being pulled over for them. But in a year of use I havent been.

Yeah, the bumper and headlights are off the 97-99 Eclipses. I think it looks alot better than the 95-96 front end

Only when they first fire up. After they warm up they are mostly white with a shade of blue.
