Im going to be honest here...at first, I hated the Space Wolves. I thought they were barbaric, ugly, and I didnt like the fact that they dont wear helmets alot. When they were recently updated, I didnt pay much attention because I didnt care. But, after researching their background story and seeing the really nice models I now hold the Space Wolves as my favorite Space Marine chapter. Im getting some Wolf Guard terminators, a wolf pack and Wolf Priest Ulrik tommorow.

@Necronlord101 I had a hatred towards Space Marines, I said I'd never play them, but then I thought I'd borrow my mates codex because I was bored....guess who's buying a Space Wolves Battleforce tomorrow..haha, their fluff is so awesome, space marines, mixed with wolves, that drink all the bloody time! Fantastic fluffness xD

@Krvaak both have great strengths and weaknesses. With space wolves, buying opts are ridiculous. With one sw pack you get ten figures, and they can be either guard, claws or hunters. And you have enough bitz left over to kit bash ridiculously. Leaders are also great. Logan allows u to use wolf guard(Can be used/upgraded to jump infantry artificer armour terminator, or just hyper powered squads) as troops. Blood angels have cool stuff and the sanguinar is a bitch. Research it and decide yourself.

@theoneandonlymelvin im also thinking of investing in loaded dice lol. I did some studies and some of the sites i looked at showed logan vs mephiston, and depending on the dice roll either of them won. I like using leaders though. I made the mistake of not upgrading my terms and claws, instead i used an iron priest. That was my mistake. Thanks for the advice. Really appreciate it.

@Reichenfaust099 one thing about wolves I learned fast, their strength is their leaders and how many they can run. I have run Logan and he is a beast but waaaaaaay too many points. Try running two wolf lords or two rune priests instead. Oh and run them with 5 man grey hunter squads in rhinos.

Im telling you guys .... only been playing wolves since Dec., but my record is 7-4-2. All my losses came before I knew what to do with the wolves, all my wins have been in a row. I prefer to run wolves in five man squads with a guard in a rhino, lots and lots of rhinos. Give the guards melta and one grey hunter melta and you should be set this is the core of my army. Run all your rhinos straight at them using their smoke to keep them alive. Force your opponent to destroy your rhinos then charge.

What about against the new blood angels army. I have played against a blood angels 500 pt army. The Sanguinor owned me. I used Logan Grimnar, 3 Terminator Wolf Guard, 5 Bloodclaws, and 1 Iron Priest. My buddy used The Sanguinor, 1 Death company Dreadnought, and 5 Death company. I cleaned the clock of the dreadnought with logan, but it destroyed all my bloodclaws, then i cleaned out the death company. However the sanguinor destroyed logan, my iron priest, and my 3 terms. Advice please
