Dragon Age Origins HQ - 76 Old Tegrin Testing with Jowan and Other Options

I decided to test out Jowan and see if I can do it with him alone. It is possbile, but I didn't want to test the last boss as well. As for Old Tegrin, he's a random merchant that sells one notable thing. The manual, but it never seems to refresh that inventory though. I just played around

no he is either imprisoned/executed/released after the Redcliffe missions i dont think you see him again
