@truthIsStranger Yh that's true but i'm learning Database at Uni and they have never told us to use upper case for the sql keywords, I guess all environments are different but we can easily adapt to writing upper case ;)

Notepad++ is a great tool, my favourite. But that's still an awful idea. If you try that in the corporate environment, like he said in the video, you could get canned. Remember not everyone is going to be using the same tools / IDE as you or even any tools at all; reading through any of that code in phpmyadmin or an interface of their own would be so difficult you'd be told to do it over again.

@AlexanderFormoso Microsoft SQL Server, ORACLE,IBM DB2 etc.
It doesn't really matter. They are pretty much the same.
Bucky use MySQL, because it's fast and free.
If you like to use ORACLE, then use it.

@crazykyler005 It's the same thing regardless of whether or not you do it remotely or locally. He may not have the required stuff installed so it would be easier for him to just use his hosting plan to do it.
Guys u can write sql in lower case, just use notepad++ and change the language to sql.
This will make the sql words in the query bold and also colour coded so it makes it very easy to read, then you can just copy and paste into the sql query box. =)
