@MegaDavidHa the tank is 90 gallons i hope he got a bigger one for those guys though becasue they are just going to get bigger... btw this was in 2009 so im sure that he got a bigger one.

Just a word (or a few) to the less wise: That Tilapia will grow bored of the games and END your Jag's life, if you don't upgrade your tank. I have the same exact assortment of cichlids, with a few others, and I had to remove my Tilapia AGAIN, as he recently dominated my once unmatched Red Devil.Tilapia sits in a tank all i=his (or her) own....for now. After it killed my 6' Black Belt, I had to keep eye on it. This is just horseplay.

stones are taking alot of space in ur tank ... take some of them out to give extar swimming space for ur monsters

i have had my cichlids fight i don't see yours fin nipping or really any damage. all it is for them is a territory or a top dog dispute who rules the tank you could say. you should upgrade to at least a 200 gallon to prevent that kinda thing if you don't like it. generally adult male cichlids need at least 50 gallons to their self. they like to have their own territory .

Fair play Interesting mix of large Cichlids have seen these types housed together before, i love all these comments about how one fish will kill another when the tank have no pairs! so highly territorial breeds are not likely to fight to a fatality when not breeding... you are watching fish playing and refining their skills..... if they were gonna fight that tank would look like it had an outboard motor in there on full tilt lol !!! Jaguar will fill out and rule the tank.... :)
