First, Hand Technique: -Fingers are too loose around the stick esp. in the right hand during most of your ride patterns. -Hand need to be flat for the most part. Don't go all timpani technique on a set.
Secondly, work in some dynamics. What makes a good drummer isn't how fast he can play nor how challenging the parts are. It's playing musically.
Lastly, careful not to drag behind on some of the left handed snare fills. Always keep ontop of the beat.
