  • Little extra input try Almond Milk by Blue Diamond or Slik, has protein, less calories and more Calcium and Vitamin D & E than regular milk. The milk is lactose and soy free too. Also, they have unsweetened so u dont taste the flavor of the almond. Like the vids keep them coming, u r my encouragement to stay on my lbs journey.

  • I just eat till I'm full, and only eat when we're supposed to. i don't snack much...all you have to do is stay active and stay away from the kitchen!

  • Drink even more water than u are now because water is good for flushing out toxins. So is the trunk of brocolli because it's got lots of fiber which will really clean up your intestines, nd that's where alot of the weight is hidden. It would be sooooooooo much better for you if u eat raw vegatables and make sure they're organic because of all the harmful toxins in non organic foods
