To everyone who said he failed...THANK U! I posted my own homemade video of the performance (as seen on my channel) and I said he "blows" the performance. U can even here the fans in the stands boo him hardcore, yet people are telling me on comments that it wasn't bad at all and that's how he was supposed to sing it. I love Stevens signature scream...but not during the fucking National Anthem! I thought it was disrespectful and not how it should be sang AT ALL! He failed it...badly!

I like Steven, but he fucked this one up. If he was going to sing this song he should have done it in a rock style using a rock music track behind him, not acapella and singing traditionally. That is where he made his mistake. He is not a traditional singer he is a rock star. Next time Steven tell your agent you don't want to sing a song like this if they ask you to sing again.

I give him a 8 out of 10 because of effort hes a legend of rock and people should be glad he took the time to sing it i mean the guys is what almost 80 years old? people dont sound that great when they get older people just need something to cry about...ps madonna is at halftime at the super bowl cant wait to hear about that..
