David Chang, acclaimed chef and owner of Momofuku Restaurant Group, is going global just seven years after opening his first restaurant in New York. (Nov. 30)
@deeter131 The name Momofuku means Lucky Peach..It is also that name of Momofuku Ando the creator of the instant prepackaged ramen we all know and love.
@Bobofet241 I've met Chef Chang after his Harvard lecture..he's a very nice guy ..It was awesome..I can't wait to try his food! I actually own Le Livre De Michel Bras..a cookbook he wants considered the Holy Grail of cookbooks lol
@lanJapan1 He is KOREAN...and he studied Ramen in Japan for a long time. His love for it is very pure and real...Please learn the facts before you speak. You just made yourself look stupid.
