Before Harmony Of Dissonance, Castlevania had always been one of my favorite series. The gameplay, levels, and of course the music had the eerie but simply rocking beat. It wasn't until recent Portrait of Ruin that I finally felt proud to play a Castlevania game. Dracula X was a game that was a SNES remake of a japanese castlevania game called ' Rondo Of Blood'.

Rondo of Blood has recently been remade onto the PSP with 3-D graphics, but I don't have a PSP so... moving on.

Picture Of a Ghost Ship is one of those tunes that started smooth but then had a jazzy feel to it. It sort of went like the waves of the sea in a way you would sway with the music.

Though not one of the best Castlevania titles, it certainly is not the worst. Enjoy and look forward to the next tunes cause we still have a long way to go.

  • Very Interesting! hmmm...

  • The PC engine version is actually the original version.

  • That my favorite one, too!!!!!

  • lol vampire's kiss was awesome, and this song is alright, (but the other ones were much better),

I hated harmony of dissonance too, but aria of sorrow is one of the best castlevania games ive played, you should try that at least.

Juste is kinda cool though you gotta say.

  • Nevermind, read your thing at the top left. Hope this comes to the VC soon. Always wanted to play it.

  • Wait, so Dracula X was an SNES game? I thought it was some PC engine thing.
