This guy even SPEAKS like Obama !
Listen to the rhythm and tone of his voice...
Not identical of course, but similar.
So rehearsed.

President Obama seems to have the same opinion of the UN as he does of the US Constitution. His mouthpiece even uses the same terms. It seems anything that is in legal authority over Barack Obama or is designed to hold him accountable is 'imperfect' and 'needs to be reformed'.
I suggest to the Council it's actually the opposite situation in his case.

Gee, what happened to the big bad evil world controlling shadowy organization the CFR is supposed to be? Pretty dry (boring) one hour Q&A with the US ambassador saying the UN is disfunctional. It's basically an oligarchy that expects us to keep quiet and pay the bills. But he's also delusional that we can change a thing. The third world has the votes.Postage stamp size countries will not willingly give up A THING! The ONLY answer is move the UN to Brussels then pay by population % - or QUIT!
