Humans created this problem in the first place by eliminated virtually all of the coyotes predators.
How many people who kill coyotes eat them? Very few. Most people just shoot them just for the hell of it and so they can have a mount on their wall and a story to tell. We are NOT predators we are eradicators.

That's their job. They are supposed to hunt. They are predators.
I am sure you eat turkeys to on Thanksgiving.
If they did not keep the deer and turkey population under control disease and famine would run wild and you would have no more deer or turkeys to admire.
Remember these guys got to eat. It is a very hard life for them. So you should be happy that they are able to enjoy a meal that they worked very hard for. Not like they have a grocery store they can buy it all

Wow, I live nearby, but I've never seen one in daylight before. I've only spotted coyotes twice, at night, in Belmont and Redwood City, but I do hear them yipping and howling in the canyon on a regular basis.
