This was a decent lashup on this CN Eastbound mixed freight train. He also had a pretty big train in tow. The first video is in Lena, and the second one in Freeport on the CN Iowa Divison.

  • Another Aweosme vid Adma lovin the power in there to

  • Thanks, yeah this line may not have many trains, but they sure seem to have nice power pretty often.

  • i can't beleave I missed this. But I got to see the 670 and 4905 leave the next day. Great vid btw.

  • Thanks, yeah it was nice that you were able to get them on Saturday. In fact, thats the first time a J has lead on the Freeport sub.

  • If you wouldn't mind, I'm gonna try to use this horn in a vid of my ic sd40. By the way, why did cn buy Illinois Central? I like cn, but I can't stand when they buy a road, (for example let's take the Wisconsin Central) and put the locos in the deadline, and all they use is the track from the old railroad!

  • Yeah go for, I think that CN bought IC for the trackage, they wanted to go the places that IC went, so they bought them. CN seems to buy a lot of smaller roads: IC, GTW, WC EJ&E, DMIR....

  • Sometimes cn acts like there was never any railroad called Illinois Central, Grand Trunk Western, and Wisconsin Central ltd etc.
