This song was obviously written out of love for a friend and his family... Why is it when a politician posts something, not matter what it is, it turns into a open bash on his/her policies?
Just enjoy the song and respect the artist who wrote it.
RESPECT it is something highly lacking on the internet.

I was hesitant to put this song up because it means so much to me, but I've had a lot of requests from people who would like to hear it. I wrote this song, entitled "Souls Along the Way," for Ted Kennedy and his wife Vicki early in their marriage. I wrote the song with Madeline Stone. The song was featured in the movie Ocean's Twelve with George Clooney, Brad Pitt, and Matt Damon. The singer is a wonderful talent named Felicia Sorensen.
