I can see auras regularly so I thought I'd make a tutorial on it.

I have a question :D, every time i try to see auras, i'll sort of get there then for any reason ill stop, but when i look away it's almost as though ive looked straight into a light (you know, when you look at a lamp or something, then when u blink you see those things in the shape of the light? hope that doesnt make me sound weird >.>) does this mean anything? or does everyone get that... please reply soon ^^ and great video by the way

What you are seeing is the etheric field. It is about an inch or 2 around the body. The other layers of auric field can be seen with practice.....you'll also be able to see plants auras (especially when the sky is clear blue and the sun is not in your eyes). I can also see bacteria and photons when I focus at a clear blue sky...those who can't won't believe you though!!!!!! White background or black are useful tools to use at this early stage. Don't give up.

its weird ever since i started reading auras about 2 years ago my hand (left side left hand) becomes blue while the right side left hand becomes orange/red
