Did you know in Indonesia:

Every five minutes, ten students drop out of school - Despite government effort to free tuition fee for primary and junior high school level, still many students are facing difficulties to continue schools specifically for the low income family since they still have to absorb the cost of uniform, books, extra curricular, transport, foods, etc.

18,954,668 school aged children (4-18 years) DO NOT GO TO SCHOOL? - The decision to not go to school / drop out is tragic as most of them are not aware of the consequences that lie ahead in the future for them. They are more likely to be unemployed, living in poverty, unhealthy, single parents due to divorced, and worse they might be in prison or death row due to their inability to support themselves

10.21% of Indonesia's population are illiterate or 21.8 million people or about five times larger than Singapore's population

Thanks for share this video.

  • i used to live in indonesia(jakarta) and honestly, some people are way too rich, while some have to work really hard just to feed themselves.now i live in the US, the state provides free education, in exellent schools(ex:lowell) and if you excel in your high school, you might get in a famous univ for free(ex:stanford, where the tuition each month is 3million rp.)

  • It's true. If you look closely at American politics, they'll support those who benefit the US and put down those who are an obstacle for the US.

And you're right! We must all know how to differentiate the people from the government of a country.

  • But The CIA put down soekarno from its position as president, he wouldve lead indonesia for a long time period making the country different as it is now. The CIA put down soekarno cuz they know Indonesia might have become a great powerful country. that is one reason i hate the CIA for.... A hero was put down.... He was a hero, and the stupid CIA turned off the light he was turning on for a broken light bulb(If you get what i mean... it doesnt mean i hate americans :)

  • heartwarming. anak pinter juga lucu banyak!

  • Sampoerna foundation? So much for the goodwill, when you've got millions of cigarette addicts dying. Why don't you show some cancer statistics in indonesia too while you're at it.

  • well.. the CIA belongs to USA does it not? they always ruin people country anyway.

  • Do not blame USA for what's happening in Indonesia. Blame your politicians who are all corrupt and taking people's money for their own wealth.
