Roberto Valle and Jon Riera (Spanish)

Roberto Valle visits Tony Conigliaro, a bartender and mixologist, and a pioneer of the use of molecular mixology in cocktails
He has now opened his own venue, 69 Colebrooke Row in Islington, where he has a lab upstairs and the bar downstairs.
After we can see Roberto at his working place, McQueen in Shoreditch, winner of the London´s Best Bar 2010 at the London Club and Bar Awards, were he shake drinks beside photografer Jon Riera.
Finally Jon talks about his grandfather, Fermin Riera Rodriguez, also known as Minfer. In his extensive work, he photographed and documented the history of a small town in the north of Spain called Villaviciosa.
