@Elyn1999 You can't even what??.im assuming your trying to say that you cant open this in your computer...If this is the case, turn off User account control (just type UAC in the start menu down in search and turn it off then restart the computer)...And if that still dosn't work, restart your computer, go in safe mode by pressing F8 and choosing safe mode when the computer first starts, and THEN try it again.
