IMPORTANT:
In this movie i used a mechanical pencil: 0.5
I also used B lead.

IMPORTANT:
I do not claim that i am any good, nor do i say that this is the only way to do it.
This tutorial is merely made to show my friends how i think and how i do the stuff that i do.

I like to draw characters with very long limbs. For some reason i find it look more attractive and cool. Usually i draw both legs and arms a bit too long. However.. even though i prefer this, i can also understand that it has become my weakness....

IMPORTANT:

Using headbody ratio of 1:7 or 1:8 will make the character look really really tall... Usually it is "grown-ups" that have a head body ratio of 1:7 or 1:8

More info tomorrow.. ^_^

  • @TheMangaSketch : check out the video on my channel! My friend Kakashi2Gaiden made a tutorial about that.. ^_^

  • Hello, I really like your tutorials, are you an art class student?

I've learned this in school years ago but just feel something not right with my drawing, LOL~!

I like the way you "talk" during tutorials, so funny and cute.

Anyway, I got question. Are the way of drawing full body same between male and female?

    Any difference?

Hope to get your reply. Thx~!!

  • @kenshin8484 :hi mate, yeah, there are several diff. ways of doing it. Both for male and females. Females are usually more slender (thus a bigger head) when i draw females i usually draw more "triangles" than "rectangles"... It's kindof difficult to explain! Just personal message me with this question and i'll write some moar when i have time. Right now i gotta go to bed! ;)
