In the video, President Bush speaks to a huge audience of activists, Congressional supporters, people with disabilities, and their families and friends gathered on the south lawn of the White House.

Thank you for posting this! The video ends just before Harold Wilke, holding out his left foot, accepts a signing pen from the President. What a glorious day that was: The end a of a long legislative struggle and a new beginning of an old struggle for civil rights for people with disabilities.

remarks. "Let the shameful wall of exclusion finally come tumbling down!" Amen!
