Its just not about the rhythm. Its about not letting the mind rest and think of the supreme being. The Sanskrit chants serve the purpose of brain development.

Yes listening to these Bija mantras helps with the rhythm. How many did she do in just those 3+ minutes. I hope I can get a CD/audio of this.
