Saeco Incanto Classic Espresso Broken

There's a problem with this machine clogging up.... and try as you might.... you can't fix it. And the owner's manual doesn't have a clue how to fix it. Saeco says.... "we don't know what's making it do that....."

i now the answer for the ventilate message..

1. one of the hoses water line could be cloged

2.bad flow meter. that can be replace easy (i have the part in stock)

3. in the worse case.. the the boiler needs to be replace.. (i have the part in stock)

also i repair them.. with low quote.. you can ship the machine to me.. and a less then a week. i will shipped back to you.

Now I switched to Jura and this is much better than devices of Saeco. You should change too!

The new Saeco's have mistakes without end.

Really 1.200 $??? In our country the Incanto Classic is one of the cheapest Saeco (ca. 300 €)!

I have the same machine. Same problem. Look up the problem on the internet. Everyone has it. Bummer.
