E3 Flasher Error 10001100 Fix

This is a video tutorial on pulling apart the PS3 and resetting the E3 Flasher NOR clip to fix the most common problem 10001100 error 'Failed to initialize PS3 BIOS'

and i updated the flasher before and i did it like 4 times

blue but now when i try to downgrade LED 1 5678 blink i downgraded before but i don't no what happened

@MultiMoj0 Thats pretty much what happened to me different error though, if I was you I would do what I just done in this video. Pull the PS3 apart and check all the connections. if your confident with the process it takes under half hour well worth a try..
