@boyfigureskater1996 - It's a model of a locomotive used on a steep incline. The boiler is tilted relative to the frame so as to be close to horizontal on the incline. The "teeth" between the rails is actually called a rack, which is engaged by a pinion (gear wheel) on the locomotive, to allow it to move a reasonable load up or down the steep incline without slipping downwards.

it comes from a company in austria its 219 euros for loco wagen ang 1 mtr of track
points are y and cost 64.90 euros
track costs 15.50 per mtr

the "theeth" are racks and on the driving axles there is pinions witch fit into the racks.
