  • @marcluc1988 From perfectly fine animals. How is the process of extracting single cells from an animal immoral?

  • I think those cell can by division turn into cancer and grow effectively fast . Eat some tumor folks : D I think I am going to turn vegan when the time comes.

  • :o!

so, all that "nutricious soup" is not going to affect the environment at a larger scale production?

  • @shreddernuo Sorry, dudepal187 makes a more compelling argument.

  • omg this is pretty cool

  • For science. :D

  • Outlaw factory farming NOW! Outlaw breeding animals for food NOW!

    Invitro meat all the way!

  • @shreddernuo A lot of pseudoscience and misinformation exists, but thats not science. Vaccines save lives and have no correlation to any negative health effects, the mercury is a preservative and more of it exists in fish. Cancer is a problem, but most forms can be prevented by diet and lifestyle choices. It can also be stopped fairly easily if detected early on. This was all found with scientific research.

We do need to be very careful. Fears and wrong ideas are what sets humanity backwards.

  • @shreddernuo I really do understand your view on science, I was there a couple years ago. I bought into ideas of vaccines causing autism (total BS), capitalism making everyone greedy (arrogant assumption), and looked to pseudoscientific as well as idealistic solutions to it all. Its a bunch of crap in the end and I learned that by taking a hard look at the facts, reality.

If we stopped scientific and technological progress, every problem we face today would very quickly destroy us.

  • @shreddernuo Without science, those elders you talked to most likely would have died before they had a chance to tell you stories. ADHD is a real disorder. I am no expert on diagnosing it, however, and it may be abused, but the truth of that can be discovered with SCIENCE. Not anecdotes that make everything look evil. Try researching a bit, the internet is a fantastic source if you know how to use it. If you really think science does no good, then your idea of truth is backwards and destructive.

  • @shreddernuo You're really underestimating humanity. Governments are made of people who have fears, desires, insecurities, hopes, and love just like you. To write them off as greedy and cruel is arrogant. You're not some virtuous saint being oppressed by tyrants, hemp oil is not a miracle cure, and you have serious problems if thats what you think of old people. Science, trade, and ingenuity gave and continues to give you more free time and a better quality life. So what makes science so wrong?
