My concern is not about the dance style, its ballroom dancing, the rules, the stetic and the way to perform is completly different from a regular dance hall. The music is my concern. IT'S NOT SAMBA.

Why do they play music? It has nothing to do with what the 'dancers' are doing.
This makes more sense watched in silence.
