The guy in the yellow doesn't have very flashy footwork or a very nice rhythm going, but holy cow he can put those combos together quick and hard.

@az09983 what u described is called light sparring doesnt help much unless you r unfit heavey contact sparring like what they r doing is suppose to conditiong and mimic a fight
