Nope. Lakewood has always had EOWS*612s since the 80s. They just replaced the control units to UltraVoice a few years ago.

This is one of the 612's that came out for special order in 2006. I'ts rare to see one. I'd like to hear i'ts whoop tone.

It depends... Electronic sirens have volume levels, where you can set how loud it is. This siren in particular is quiet from all other EOWS siren's.
