Still in flashback

I placed my hand on the doornob and... I got and Idea, I backed away and went into one of the other bedrooms. I pulled out my phone and txted him to come to the ER quick! that I had been in an accident.
I then poked my head out the door, I could here a lot of comotion from Camilla's bedroom I tiptoed to the out side of her door and waited for him. A couple of seconds the door opened and Joe was there putting his t-shirt over his head, he stopped when he saw me, I had my phone in my hand , I opened it and txted "Never mind, I see that your busy" I walked away and heard his phone beep as he got the message, 10 seconds later I heard him call my name, I ran out the door to my car I couldnt hold in anymore I broke down crying at the front of my car, he ran over to me
"Dee I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry" he pulled me into his arms, I could smell her perfume on. I pushed him away from me, he fell to the ground.
"GET AWAY FROM ME YOU ASSHOLE" He looked at me in shock. I picked myself up and tried to open the door but he pulled me away.
"Dee please lets talk about this...please I'll do anything just please dont leave like this" I smacked him.
"How could you do this to me? Why Joe? Why?" he looked so guilty, A tear slid down his cheek and he looked at me.
"I love her Dee" I was winded, I clutched my chest because it was so sudden. I closed my eyes, I could feel the warm tears on my cheeks.
I opened my eyes "Happy anniversary Joe" Camilla was standing at the door. What really hurted was that she and I had gotten really close over the last 3 years, I considered her to be my best friend, I actually trusted her more then anybody because she had proven herself to me. Now I know why! she wanted to keep me close so she could be close to Joe. I just walked away, I forgot about my car and just started to walk. I didnt know where I was going and I didnt care. It started to rain, I had been walking for about an hour, The rain was getting worse but I didnt care. I heard my name being called so I turned around I saw a car pulling in, Nick got out and ran to me.
"What the hell are you doing out here your gonna catch a death" he took off his jacket and draped it over me.
"He loves her Nick" it was all I could say, It was all I could think about.
He took my face in his hands "I know"
I was trying so hard not to break down infront of him "Why doesnt he love me Nick?" I broke down as I said it, I couldnt hold it in any more, he kept my face in his hands and made me look at him " Danielle Julie Jonas you are worth 10 million of her, dont let anyone ever tell you different, and my brother doesnt deserve the love you have for him! ok?" I looked at him and nodded., he pulled me into his chest and cradeled me there,kissing the top of my head. I was so glad he was there.

Flashback ended
I snapped myself out, Jake was still at the copy machine. As I was thinking about Nick, I realised how much he meant to me, but I know that nothing could ever happin. It would be to complicated and I would only end up hurting him. I loved him to much to do that to him.
I stayed in Jake's office for that hour talking about my side of the case, I was asking for the house in L.A , The appartment in New York and The house in Ireland. I didnt want alamony because I was just as famous as The Jonas Brothers and even made more money then they did. I was making movies, I had a hit Tv show and my last album had gone double platmum. I was well able to support myself. Besides Joe had four other houses, and he hated the apparment we had in New York so there should be no hastle. The phone rang and Jake picked it up. all he said was "ok" and then hung up again.
"Is everything ok Jake?" He nodded
"That was the Judge, it's time for the hearing" I kind of froze in the chair, The time was here! Joe and I were finally gonna be divorced.

@Didiluvsya1990 Honestly I have no clue!!!!! Um...I think that she will get back with Joe! My opinion though! I can't wait till the next episode though!
