you r AWESOME dude! I had tried to get my printer un-stalled. It had stacked jobs us; I cancelled all the ones but it was stuck on the first one. NOTHING I did worked till I came across your demo. it got it unstuck. Thanks so much!

you said something earlier about my operating system or sofetware im printing from? how to i check those? because im having ALOT of trouable with my printer...
and i ran the self print test and it worked but it wont let my print anything from my comptuer pls help!
