Batman Arkham City Easter Eggs + Possible 3rd Game Scarcrow Plot

I found some easter eggs relating to why the scarcrow isnt in Arkham city but he might be in the 3rd game which involves him infecting gotham city with with his fear toxin to get revenge on batman.

i know you got the numbers from the cryptographic sequencer, but how did you translate the numbers?

has anybody noticed all the books with the visbile word Philedalphia? theres numerous books around arkham that have the clearly rendered word Philedalphia and nothing else. it turns out Hush is from philedalphia before he came to arkham.......
