you can play a song in the key of F#m-13(9) if he wants the point of a key is to play what ever way he fells comfortable and to keep a band sounding good

you can sing, but you do not need the capo, slow down and dont go to hard.

get rid of the capo bro, I know some sheet music shows it but the eagles never used it and play in E it'll sound better. Throw a little fuzz in and ha ha.
