I am actually the guy at 1:10. What I said is; "You are more than Idol" - LOL! So classic. My wife and I were in the front row split between Dave and NFT. I did not even expect a response, then to make him laugh...

He caught me off guard when he said; "I'm Sorry?" I think I did actually say; "You're more than an Idol" at first. Hard to recall exactly after the few drinks I had. :) My wife and the friends were with me...we were all totally stoked. This was my 5th show (Niagara, Aspen, Salem, Sacramento and SF) and other than meeting Dave and Co, the best moment by far. :)

When David said "um..We're a little busy.." at the :35, I had handed a giftbag up and the people in front were trying to give it to him! I was humiliated and I felt bad for David at the same time, because I did it at a bad time. Forgive me! I just didn't know if I would've seen you later after the show to give it to you!

Then he starts to talk about why he wrote the next song, saying he wanted to write about something more than "the whole Idol thing," so he wrote about an old relationship. At 1:10 a guy's voice cuts through the crowd, I had thought he said "You're my Idol!" but the guy actually posted below and clarified that he said "You're more than an Idol." David said "Aww sir, that's so sweet!" and spends the rest of the video laughing because male voices usually don't cut through the crowd like that.

At the beginning of the vid, someone had thrown a pillowcase w/ David's face on it up onto the stage, and he was laughing about it and saying he had to give it away because sleeping on his own face was too weird. He gave it to his guitarist and then commented how now it was going to be weird to wake up with someone else's drool on is face. ;-)
