  • nice vid but try to lift hevy wights im 2wice smaler than u and i can lift 60 in smith machine

  • Perhaps u could explain me more cause I didnt understand your comment? So u can lift 60kg? Nice. I just lifted over 100 kilos in the video and I got a fucked up rotator cuff. I dont even believe in super heavy training when working out shoulders.

  • Simon, how did you overcome your dislocation, did you receive surgery. I'm curious to know as to how your lifting such heavy weight behind the back after an injury like that.

  • In time it did get better. And when Im using smith machine I dont need to concentrate balancing the bar. In this video my shoulder is at its best condition. Right now its much worse and would dislocate immediately if I go over 80 kg (176lbs).

  • smith machine means shit. try it free weight

  • Can' use free weights, my right shoulder got dislocated years ago and is still kinda fcked up.

  • Well done if you don't use roids otherwise dissapointed? Lol the amount of lean muscle he has gained with or without roids is something everyone should respect. Hard work and dedication has been involved whether he's natty or not.

  • 2x yellow and 2x blue + bar 20kg isnt 105kg, its 90kg

    yellow is 15kg

    blue is 20 kg

    unless u have hide some weights behind them:D

  • mostly the neck, yes. I guess it takes a little on the shoulders aswell, but it is a neck exercise.
