Quien les dijo q hondas son mas rapidos que VWs??? La mayoria de los hondas que ganan son carros que no pesan nada con motores que ni venian en ese carro como ls vtec o gsr o type r.. lastima q los motores de los VWs son muy caros si no le ponia un 1.8t o un 2.0t en mi rabbit para que vean la diferensia..

En esa carrera como comente al principio, se realizo a nivel del mar. Yo corri el Civic SI. El Gti es de un buen amigo, justa legal. Pero a pesar de k el civic tuvo mala salida, el Civic SI lo recorto y llego primero. En otras palabras gano el SI. aqui mismo esta la respuesta en videl del final de la carrera.
Las mod en ese tiempo en los veiculos:
GTI: SRI
SI: SRI, Catback.

1. Torque doesn't "drop tremendously " in ANY reciprocate engine, and when it does settle a bit it's only after is producing more HP than TQ above 5,250 rpms. VTEC is not kicking in yet, so it never has torque at all!
2. The Si didn't profit from ts lighter weight to its advantage, then at speed it will NEVER catch up an Autobahn-ready Golf GTI, where weight is not an issue and the turbo comfortably wafts all day while VTECs redlining gearing takes its toll trying to keep up.
