On the evening of January 10th, 2011, the regional city of Toowoomba in Qld experienced a weather event described simply as 'an inland tsunami'.

In the early hours of Tuesday 11th, after a 2am chat with Dave Schenk (Easterfest artist management) Justin Michael penned a song..... pretty soon (like 6 hours later) Gavin Chan was re-writing the chorus, Jared Haschek was adding a bridge, Roma Waterman, Ursulla Cettolin and Jud Field were adding vocal arrangements and within three days the song aired on 89.9 lightfm in Melbourne and began generating sales online to support flood relief.

The final cut features some of Australia's best that hold Toowoomba and Easterfest very close to their hearts. Paul Colman, Steve Grace, Henry Seeley, Roma Waterman, Justin and Jared from Compliments of Gus, The Kingdom, Tania G, Craig from Scat, Jud Field from Melbourne Gospel Choir, Ursualla Cettolin and the extraordinarily hard working producer, musician and vocalist, Gavin Chan.

I've watched this vid a lot of times and still can't get enough of it....from beginning to end, a fine collection of voices and a great video....well done guys, pity you can't all be at Easterfest 2011 to sing this song live!! PS loved Craig from Scat with his umbrella and singing into the lamp LOL :)
