i believe his name is Sgt. omar martinez or something like that and this particular system is used by many many law enforcement agency´s all over the world!
he's NOT a phony! its an kenpo karate based operational system for example used by the FBI quick response units, has some influences on the navy seals CQB training etc etc.... it really works in a combat situation! its really fast and "brutally" effective! your in control of your "enemy" so fast that he even dont realize what happend ;)
