3. My name is Alan.
4. What is your name?
5. My name is Pat. / Im Pat
6. Nice to meet you Pat. /Good to
7. Nice to meet you too Alan.
8. This is an interesting class. /a great, a fun
9. Yes I like it too /enjoy it
10. I am happy to be able to speak English in class. /to talk
11. Me too. All of my friends have trouble speaking correct English. It is nice to have a teacher talk with us and correct our speech. /difficulty speaking
12. Yes it is.
13. Do you live near the school Pat?
14. Yes, I live two blocks away. /live very close
15. I live just 2 blocks from here too.
16. So we both live near the school. /close to the
17. Uh Pat. Would you like to be my study partner?
18. Sure that would be great! /that will be fine
19. We can exchange email addresses and chat on line.

22. Yes let me get it.
23. Here, what is your email address Alan? /Give me your email please.

26. Let me see if I understand your email so I can be sure to contact you. /let me check it

30. Ok and can you read mine?

32. No sorry, that is an o.

34. Ok no problem I will fix it now. /Let me change it.
35. So pat, I will email you when I get home.
36. Ok but I will be busy until after dinner. So I will answer you at about 8 P.M. /I will get back to you
37. Ok great! I will wait for your email.
38. And Pat do you have yahoo messenger?
39. No sorry, I only have MSN.
40. Well, I can still add you to my friends list and send you a message and we can chat live anyway.
41. Oh that will be nice. /Great!
42. Yes and later you can join yahoo and then we can use a microphone and webcam.
43. Do you have a webcam and microphone?
44. No sorry.
45. Ok then we will just type and chat for now.
46. Sure Alan, I will like that.

50. Thinking - He is really a great guy /He will make a great husband.
