This is the guy that gave Shogun his Black Belt... Nino is one of my favorites because I'm flexible too but I wish I could train with him because it's hard to learn just from DVDs :(

why would you even say something stupid like this? rubber guard is a good set of steps to transition to the gogo plata because of the way you move through the holds but omo plata to gogo plata is one of the first ways it gets taught anywhere to my knowledge, including 10th planet

yea it does i set it up differently but it's my favorite move i win most of my matches with this move, i just don't set it up from omoplata i go straight to the gogo instead of coming out to the side
