I added an ir sensor/emittor pair to sync the image per rotation. The PIC can now lock the image to exactly fit each cycle. But my motor is not good enough. Need to spin a bit faster.

    Have you think about useing SMD LEDs to get a higher resoltion?!

  • Thats only half the resolution. Its interlaced. There are 2 rows of leds offset to fill the gaps. The second row isnt working in this video. I had only just synced the first ones, and not sorted the timing for the second row. When finished they will fill the gaps !
